I recently bought this Tefal Ingenio Ceramic set online from the N11 website. When it finally arrived, I noticed that it wasn't in its original packaging but rather in Tefal's opened box. Initially, I didn't really pay much attention to it, but upon closer inspection, I noticed that the inside of the saucepan had some pretty noticeable scratches. And to top it off, there were also some defects on the outside. I've been trying to get in touch with Tefal through the N11 platform, but unfortunately, the seller hasn't been very helpful. I received automated messages from them, telling me to return the item within 15 days. They didn't provide any additional help or support. I asked for an exchange while the discount was still going on, but it seems like nobody is paying attention. I've been trying to get in touch with both N11 and the Tefal seller, but it seems like they're not responding or being very cooperative. I hate it when I feel like I've wasted my money. Hey Tefal, I'm just wondering why you're choosing to operate in a way that leaves your customers dissatisfied. It's kind of frustrating, you know? I think it's best to let those who truly appreciate their customers take care of this. N11 really needs to step up and listen to their customers' concerns. It's pretty obvious that they're not getting the attention they deserve. I've had enough of this whole situation, and I'm going to cancel my N11 membership right away.

As the large company Tefal, they haven't been able to offer any solution for 17 days. While I was expecting an exchange, they went ahead and canceled it in the system and processed a refund. They've increased the price multiple times since I bought it. I can't return it and buy it again either. At the very least, they could have allowed me to repurchase it at the same price, but no. From now on, I will never recommend a lousy brand like Tefal to anyone. I do not forgive them in any way. You send a defective product, and the customer has to bear the burden—oh, how nice.
