I snagged a discounted Tefal Ingenio 6x set from their official site, only to be disappointed upon its arrival. Several pans had scratches, and notably, the wok pan had a deep scratch and peeling. Now, I'm told to return the entire set just because of one pan. Pans and pots are sold at premium prices, but sending unchecked products to customers creates frustration. We demand a replacement for the problematic wok pan, but our request remains unfulfilled. Returning and repurchasing the same item at a higher cost isn't reasonable, especially with the possibility of receiving another faulty product. If you're pricing a cookware set so high, every item in the package should be flawless. I urgently request the replacement of the faulty wok pan that was sent to me.
