Tefal Gave Me a Discount Code but Changed It to Apply to Only One Product
Tefal's discount coupons constantly cause problems! When they first gave me a discount code, they said it was valid for a single purchase and could only be used once. I added a few items to my cart to test it out, applied the code, and everything seemed fine—the discount was applied to the entire cart. However, when I was ready to complete my purchase, I suddenly received an "invalid code" warning. I called customer service, explained the situation, and they asked for the code. This time, they told me the code was not problematic and could still be used. But now, the system showed a "code already used" error. I called again, and they sent me a new code, but this time they changed the terms to apply only to a single product instead of an entire purchase. Initially, the original code would have applied a discount to 4-5 items in the cart, but now, due to these issues, the new code only works for one product.

There were many features listed for the products I bought from Tefal, such as non-stick, non-burn, and easy to clean. However, they both burn and stick, and the bottom is not easy to clean at all—every little stain sticks and stays. What's worse, the bottoms of the pots are warping.
