Sunexpress Airlines Missing Meal and Damaged Baggage Complaint
I traveled internationally with SunExpress, including a domestic connection. Despite having a meal included on my domestic flight, I was told I wouldn't receive one and had to buy expensive food at the airport. They promised to reimburse me, but I had to pay a premium because of their oversight.
On the international leg, they didn't serve my meal until I explicitly asked for it. Additionally, one of my suitcases arrived severely damaged. When I tried to file a report at the airport, the staff said they don't handle reports for SunExpress. Attempting to complete an online form resulted in a "page not found" error.
