My New Suitcase Was Destroyed During SunExpress Flight

My brand-new suitcase was completely damaged during a SunExpress flight. Upon noticing it immediately after retrieving it, I went to the lost and found desk to report the issue. However, I was told they couldn’t even file a report due to their procedures. This response was both illogical and deeply frustrating.
Instead of receiving help, I was met with rude behavior from the staff, who claimed they couldn’t verify whether the damage happened during the flight. The suitcase was checked just five minutes after the plane landed—how else would it have been damaged?
I am not only left with a broken suitcase but also a sense of being ignored by an airline that clearly doesn’t care about its customers. I will never fly with SunExpress again and strongly advise others to reconsider their choice if they value their belongings. I demand proper compensation for my damaged suitcase.
