SunExpress Airlines Lied on Pregnancy Flight & Denied Boarding

I asked the same question three times through the SunExpress WhatsApp line before buying my ticket. I was wondering if I could fly while being 36 weeks pregnant. I was informed that I could join the flight without needing any documents. Based on this info, I purchased a ticket. But I couldn't get on the plane at the airport; they even wanted a medical report. I asked to reschedule the ticket for the following day, but they didn't do it. My ticket wasn't refunded or transferred to the next day, so I ended up wasting my money. SunExpress doesn't even bother to address complaints or requests. I want to be compensated for what I went through.
