SunExpress Flight Canceled and Damaged Luggage – Requesting Compensation


Dear SunExpress,
During my recent travel experience with SunExpress, I faced two significant issues that caused financial loss and inconvenience:
Flight Cancellation: My flight was canceled, forcing me to purchase a new ticket at a higher price. I had no choice but to pay the fare difference to secure another flight.
Damaged Luggage: My suitcase was broken during the trip. Airport staff informed me that I needed to handle the issue online. At the lost and found desk, I was told that even if a report was filed, no compensation would be provided. Due to time constraints, I couldn’t proceed further at the airport.
I request compensation for both the ticket price difference and the damage to my luggage. Please investigate this matter and provide a resolution promptly. I look forward to hearing back soon.
