SunExpress Online Check-In Error Forced Me to Pay Extra at the Airport – Unfair Charge

I encountered an issue with SunExpress’s online check-in system, which wouldn’t allow me to complete the process due to a system error. As a result, I had to check in at the airport, where I was charged an additional fee.

I explained the situation to the SunExpress staff at the counter, but they refused to assist, claiming they couldn’t help since the check-in was done at the desk. This is unacceptable—customers shouldn’t have to pay for a problem caused by SunExpress’s faulty system. To make matters worse, I couldn’t reach anyone on the phone to resolve this issue beforehand.

I demand a refund for the unfair charge and a resolution to this recurring system issue. SunExpress must take responsibility for errors that inconvenience and cost their customers.
