Sony PS Plus 12-Month Subscription Renewed Without Notice – Refund Request
Sony automatically renewed my 12-month PS Plus Deluxe membership without any prior email or notification and charged my card for ₺2740. I had planned to cancel my subscription before it expired, but I was not given any warning or chance to do so.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted Sony's support team requesting a refund and cancellation of the subscription, but it has been three days, and I have not received any response. I cannot afford this unexpected charge, and I find it completely unfair that my subscription was extended without my consent.
I have stopped using my PS5 entirely, fearing that launching a game might affect my refund eligibility. Sony, please resolve this issue immediately. I expect a prompt refund.
