Unauthorized EA Play Subscription Charge on PlayStation and Refund Denied
On November 29, 2024, ₺1499.99 was charged to my PlayStation account for an EA Play subscription I never purchased, used, or downloaded. When I contacted support to request a refund, I was met with someone who barely spoke Turkish and rudely informed me that a refund was not possible.
When I mentioned involving my bank to dispute the charge, I was told my PlayStation account could be suspended in the future. This feels like a threat. Why would my account be suspended if this issue is unrelated to them? I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized transaction. PlayStation, address this matter urgently and stop penalizing users for mistakes they didn’t make!
