PlayStation Support Hasn't Reopened My Account for 4 Months Despite Payment

The PlayStation Support team has not reopened my suspended account for the past 4 months. They are asking for a fee of ₺193, which I’m willing to pay, but every time I request an IBAN or account number to make the payment, I only receive an automated email. Hundreds of users, including myself, are suffering because of the lack of assistance from the Turkish PlayStation support team. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years, but I can confidently say I will never buy a PlayStation again after this experience. Their habit of sending the same automated emails over and over just shows how incapable they are of resolving issues. After spending ₺25,000 on a device and ₺10,000 on games, am I really stuck over ₺193? Shame on you.
