22I am a Sony PlayStation Plus Deluxe member, and my credit card is naturally connected to my account. My 5-year-old child accidentally purchased a package in a game, which included clothing or other items. Without any approval, Sony immediately charged my credit card ₺699 + ₺69. I contacted [email protected] and requested a refund for this unused package. They directed me to call +903124010740, but the number is unreachable. How can a company of this size provide a support number that no one can reach? If you can’t be contacted, how can you assist your customers? This level of service is unacceptable. Isn’t it misleading behavior for an international brand to handle such issues this way? If there is an answer, I’d love to know.
