For approximately three weeks, I have been experiencing a serious battery-related issue with my Skywell ET5. The vehicle is not drawing the proper power from charging stations, which has completely shaken my confidence and comfort in using the car. Until now, I had been satisfied with the vehicle, but the lack of support I encountered during the first major issue has made me lose confidence in it.
When the problem arose, I contacted the authorized service center in Kayseri. During my visit, I was asked to pay a fee based on the explanations provided by the service staff. Believing they would resolve the issue, I made the payment. However, the problem still persists, and I now feel that the money I paid was wasted. The service center neither performs the work properly nor demonstrates a clear understanding of the issue.
I also contacted the distributor, Ulu Motor. The representative I spoke with showed no genuine interest in addressing the problem. There was no guidance, no follow-up, and no effort to take ownership of the issue. The lack of concern and solution-oriented support has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.
I request that the battery issue be permanently and clearly resolved and that both the authorized service center and Ulu Motor respond with genuine attention and accountability regarding this matter.
