Thank you for solving my car's problem (it seems resolved for now). I wish it had been resolved on the first try, and I wish it had been fixed without causing unnecessary tension and complaints.

I am an Alfa Romeo Stelvio owner, and I recently experienced a serious problem with the battery of my vehicle, which has now occurred twice within six days and has not been resolved satisfactorily by the authorised service in Ankara Oto Çayyolu. Six days ago, the battery of my car failed, and I had to call road assistance to have the vehicle towed to the authorised service. The car stayed there for one day and was returned to me the next day as if the problem had been fully repaired. However, today I faced the same battery problem again and once more had to take the car to the same authorised service, which is the only service I can reach on a weekend. This time I was informed that a test needed to be carried out, that it would take two days, and that the car had to remain at the service during this period. Since I need a car during these days, I requested a spare vehicle, but this was refused. When I escalated the situation and spoke with a responsible person over the phone, I was told that this test and waiting period was a routine procedure and that if this step did not solve the issue, they might consider replacing the battery. When I stated that I had not been informed about this so‑called routine at any point, I was told that they had no responsibility to provide me with such information, which I find unacceptable in terms of customer communication and transparency. Due to these repeated failures and the fact that my car will remain at the service for several days, I have been forced to incur additional expenses such as taxi fares to meet my daily transportation needs. I am disappointed that a recurring problem has not been thoroughly resolved at the first visit and that my request for a spare car has been denied despite the clear inconvenience. I request that the faulty battery be replaced without further delay, that I receive a clear explanation and apology for the way this situation has been handled, and that my documented expenses arising from being unable to use my car during this period, including taxi costs, be reimbursed.
