I have taken my 2022 Skywell ET5 to the Büyükçekmece Ulumotor service center multiple times—first for a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle, and later because the air conditioner was not blowing warm air. About one month ago, my vehicle was serviced and I was told that repairs had been completed. However, neither the rear noise issue nor the climate control problem was resolved.
During this process, I was charged a total of $365, yet the problems with my vehicle remain unresolved. Each time I use the car, the air conditioning malfunction continues to occur. Despite this, no permanent solution has been provided, and I have now been scheduled for another service appointment on the 20th of this month.
I believe there is no professional staff at the service center who truly understands the vehicle and can properly diagnose the issues. As a result, I have suffered both financial loss and wasted time. Despite multiple visits and payments, I am still experiencing the same issues, which has caused me significant frustration and hardship.
First and foremost, at my appointment on the 20th, I want my vehicle to be thoroughly inspected by qualified and competent technicians, and I expect the rear noise and air conditioning issues to be permanently resolved. If my problems are still not fixed at that appointment, I will demand appropriate action to compensate for my hardship—including a refund of the $365 I have already paid—and immediate improvements in the service center’s technical competence.
