Skechers Lost Cargo, No Product, No Contact!

The product we ordered from the Skechers website for Father's Day on June 13, 2023, has yet to arrive. When I inquire about my cargo on the Kargoist website, it appears that it has been held at the Ankara branch since June 14, 2023. When we inquire as to why you are waiting for the cargo company, we are informed that such membership does not exist. On 21/06/2023, I also sent a notification to the so-called' customer service via the Skechers Asics link on the Skechers website. They closed my notification by saying it was resolved but provided no explanation for the resolution. I am unable to inquire about my shipment or locate a contact person in Skechers' excellent customer service. The mystery surrounding Skechers' disgrace remains unsolved. Why can't I get a response from anyone? I will never again do business with this ridiculous company. On this last purchase, I'm hoping to return the shoe to its rightful owner!
