On June 2, 2023, I received a pair of Skechers shoes as a gift from the Skechers store at Maltepe Park in Istanbul. When I wore them on Father's Day, they didn't fit me properly. So, on June 19, 2023, I went back to the store with the shoes, hoping to exchange them. Despite the shoes being unworn, with tags intact and having the receipt to prove the purchase, the store manager refused to exchange them due to the absence of the shoebox. To make matters worse, the shoebox was already partially damaged, which made it impossible for me to have it. The store manager advised me to contact their customer service at 08504880200, assuring me that the issue could be resolved easily and that customer service would email them directly. However, when I called customer service today on June 20, 2023, at 09:20, they were unhelpful and insisted that an exchange without the shoebox was not possible. So now I am left with an unworn pair of shoes and no resolution in sight.
