Skechers Refused My Refund and Returned Item Mishandled


On December 21, 2024, I purchased a pair of shoes from the Skechers online store. Unfortunately, I had to return the product and followed the proper procedure to send it back. However, my refund request was denied. To make matters worse, the product was mistakenly delivered to an unknown person at an address I never provided.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve this, Skechers has neither refunded my money nor returned the item to me. I trusted the company’s reputation but have been deeply disappointed by this experience. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue, either through a full refund or the return of my purchased product. Skechers must prioritize customer satisfaction and fix this mishandling promptly!
