My New Skechers Shoes Falling Apart After Minimal Use



On January 19, 2024, I bought a pair of Skechers shoes. After wearing them about five times over a month, I noticed the inner lining was torn. I took them back to the store and requested an inspection, but they were returned to me, citing "customer damage." I spent 5,000 lira on these shoes, and now they’re unusable. I've sent them back for another inspection, but I expect the same result. I've bought Skechers shoes three times before without issues, but this pair has been problematic. The store's lack of concern was disappointing. I'm a school employee and drive to work, so I only wear the shoes for a few hours each day. It's unacceptable that they fell apart so quickly. Customer service's unhelpful attitude was also frustrating. After this experience, I don't plan to buy from Skechers again.
