Skechers Failed to Deliver My Mother’s Birthday Shoes After 16 Days of Waiting

The product has been missing for 16 days! On October 22, I bought a pair of shoes from Skechers' website as a birthday gift for my mother. The product was shipped three days later. So far, so good, but then the delivery couldn’t reach our home; they didn’t call us or attempt delivery. With false excuses, the item was rescheduled for delivery the next day, and somehow, we were “not home” again. I had provided my grandmother's address for delivery, as she's always home! Anyway, the product was sent back. I called, and the customer service agents were completely out of sync—each one said something different. The next day, I called again, and someone else answered, saying, “We’ll send it again once the package returns to us.” I said, “Okay,” and waited, but two days passed, three days, nothing. A full week later, I called again, asking, “Where’s the shoe?” A clueless rep told me, “Your barcode has been issued; it should be shipped today. You’ll receive a tracking number by this evening.” I said, “Alright, let’s hope so.” The next day, I called again as there was still no tracking number. I asked them to give me one directly. They replied, “I’ll reach out to the relevant team and get back to you.” Eventually, the woman gave me a tracking number. And guess what? The package had attempted delivery but couldn't find the address again! It was returned again! I called back, frustrated to the point that my nerves were frayed—the birthday had already passed, everything was ruined, and we were still waiting for the shoes. Finally, a lady picked up and said, “Ms. Ö***, there’s no record of this number!” What?! Are you joking? I’ve been contacting you with this number for 16 days. I even started doubting myself, checking my phone to ensure it was mine. Still, she replied, “Unfortunately, I can't find your record.” I insisted, “I placed an order with this number, check where it is now!” She finally said, “Ms. Ö***, your order has been canceled and is being returned to us. Shall we resend it once it arrives?” I said, “No, cancel it completely!” and hung up. I called for 16 days, dealt with all these frustrations, and they didn’t even apologize once!
