On the 5th of the month, I bought shoes from a Skechers store in Greece. One pair was taken straight from the display. I wasn't paying close attention at the time. I noticed a difference in color tone due to sun exposure when I returned to Turkey the next day. I looked at the production date labels, and one said 2022, and the other said 2021. I informed Skechers Turkey of the problem. They requested an invoice, which I provided, but claimed the items were not purchased from Skechers. They gave me a Tex Free receipt with Skechers on it (we didn't even buy tax-free). I even gave them the location of the Greek branch, but they still refused to help. Despite spending a significant amount of money, no one appears to be solution-oriented. My faith in Skechers has been shattered, and these shoes are now a constant reminder of the ordeal.
