The Seams On The Skechers Shoe I Wore For Three Months Fell Apart
Because the seams on the Skechers shoes I bought three months ago from the Boyner store in Vadi Istanbul were splitting, I returned them to the store to have them inspected so I could get my money back. Despite the fact that no explanation was provided, the inspection concluded that the product did not have any defects. The image clearly shows that there is a flaw in the product. I have been unable to locate a contact person at either Boyner or Skechers, and no one is willing to accept responsibility. My question is, what will be the response to this defective product, which I purchased for about 2,500 Turkish Lira and is depicted in the image? We can't afford to buy new shoes every three months.
