Skechers' Late Shipping Canceled My Big Event
On September 27, 2023, I placed an online order with Skechers, and it has yet to be shipped. They promised to ship it within three business days. Today, October 5, 2023, there is no trace of the shipment and no one to help me. I've repeatedly called and messaged them on WhatsApp, and all they say is that they're forwarding the issue to the appropriate department and will get back to me soon. Mr. M******, a representative, even assured me two days in a row that he would definitely respond by 6:00 PM, but it was a blatant lie. I call it a lie because a response can be provided even if there is no update. This is the first time I've encountered a company that is unprofessional, disorganized, and completely indifferent. I bought the items as a gift for my wedding anniversary, and now the big day has come and gone, but the gift is nowhere to be found. They've squandered my time, tried my patience, and still haven't given me any answers. It's as if they're mocking my intelligence by saying things like "It will be shipped in 20 days," or "There's no stock," and then leaving me in the dark.
