Days-Long Skechers Order Delay

When I ordered from Skechers.com.tr, I expected my stuff to arrive in one to three business days. The delivery service hasn't processed my order yet, even though it's been a few days since I placed it. When I reached out to customer service, they said they would get back to me about the problem, but nobody actually contacted me about it. This is so annoying. It's been a few days and I would really appreciate some help finding a solution to this problem. It's making me feel really frustrated.
