I purchased a Sennheiser HD458BT model headset from Teknosa, but due to time constraints, I couldn’t test it immediately as I was preparing to travel. When I finally had the chance to try it, I noticed an intense static noise and background hiss that was highly irritating. Fortunately, I was still in Istanbul, so I contacted the technical service team. They advised me to take the headphones to the HiFiLife store at Kanyon Mall.
After altering my route and going out of my way to visit Kanyon, I handed over the defective headphones to the store staff and received a confirmation slip for the return. It’s disappointing that a premium product like Sennheiser would have such issues straight out of the box.
I trusted the brand and spent a considerable amount of money on these headphones, only to encounter such problems. Even Xiaomi headphones seem more reliable at this point. I sincerely hope the issue is resolved, and I receive my repaired headphones promptly.
