Philips Headphone Malfunction Not Resolved
I bought a pair of wired headphones from Philips at Media Markt on May 29, 2022. But I started having trouble with the sound while I was using it. I took the broken headphones back to the Media Markt store at the Istanbul Metropol AVM on May 26, 2023. Even though more than 20 business days had passed, no one had gotten in touch with me. I called customer service because I was upset, and later, Metropol Mall told me that a refund would be sent. I insisted on getting a new one instead of a refund. They called the next day to say that the product had been fixed and was ready to be picked up. At the store, a worker played music from their phone while pretending to test the headphones. I didn't say that the problem came up when it was being used, not when it was being tested in the store. When the "fixed" headphone was taken home, the same problem kept happening. Even though I called customer service many times, I got no help, not even a replacement. It's funny that a big company can't solve a simple problem like mine.
