Sennheiser HD 450 Headphone Warranty Repair Disappointment

I want to express my complaint regarding the Sennheiser HD 450 headphones that I purchased from the Vatan Bilgisayar Manavgat branch. About a month after purchasing the product, the headphones fell off my head and suffered damage, with a small plastic piece breaking off. Knowing that the product was under warranty, I sent it to the authorized service center. However, after about a month, the headphones returned unrepaired, and the broken piece was missing. Therefore, the headphones are currently unusable. I find it unacceptable both for Vatan Bilgisayar and Sennheiser to handle the situation this way. As a company that values customer satisfaction, I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, and either a new pair of headphones to be provided to me or the faulty one to be repaired and returned to me. I request immediate action on this matter and a solution that will satisfy me.
