Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max Unresolved Issue Following Service

I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max 128 GB from the Teknosa store at Kırıkkale Podium Mall. Upon using the device, I immediately noticed that the Volume Down key was positioned too close to the inside and lacked the usual clicking sound. I promptly visited the store, where the issue was acknowledged, and the device was sent to the Ankara KVK service center. After approximately 10 days, I received word that the device had returned to the store and was ready for pickup. However, upon opening the box, I discovered that the problem had not been resolved. I communicated the situation to the store representative, who suggested that I pursue my rights through the arbitral tribunal. Seeking further assistance, I contacted Apple support, and they assured me of a follow-up regarding the matter. As of now, I'm awaiting their response. It's disheartening to recount this story involving a significant purchase of 65,499 TL. I'm hopeful that a resolution will be reached soon.
