Sennheiser HD458BT Headphones Had Defects

I purchased Sennheiser in-ear earbuds last week from Teknosa for ₺8,500, trusting the brand as one of the best in the market. However, just two days later, the earbuds failed to perform basic functions. When answering a call, there was no sound. I couldn’t adjust the volume, pause music, or use any of the touch controls.
When I visited the İstinyepark store, they suggested sending the product for service instead of offering a replacement or refund. This experience has been a major disappointment. For such a high price, I expected better quality and functionality. I intend to return the product and look for a more reliable alternative at a lower price. I urge Sennheiser to address this issue immediately.
