I have bought a Samsung 58 inch smart UHD TV 2.5 years ago and its Panel is already broken, not functioning. The tech service says it needs to be changed for 7.000 TRY, which is half the price of a brand new model. So can you please tell me how I can trust Samsung again and change my TV's Panel and rest assured that it won't get broken again in a couple of years, with me having to almost buy a new TV in every 3 years?? Why would anyone buy from you? the time span is so little, the money they are asking is crazy. They should either provide better customer service or make sure their products survive longer.
