Skechers Walking Shoes Torn Within One Month and Refund Rejected

I purchased a pair of Skechers walking shoes from the Özdilek store on 18.03.2026. Within about one month of normal use, the inner lining of both shoes tore in several places, which I do not find acceptable for a product in this price range and brand. After noticing the problem, I went to the Özdilek store and the shoes were sent for inspection. The legal review period of 15 days was completed, and only then, around 9 p.m. in the evening, I received a call from the Özdilek store stating briefly that the company had rejected the complaint and that I should come and collect the shoes, without giving any detailed explanation. A shoe that I bought for ₺5,600 became unusable in just one month, which I find completely unacceptable. I request that the fee I paid for these Skechers walking shoes be refunded and that my grievance be remedied as soon as possible.
When I look into it a bit, there are dozens of users who have the same problem as me. Please give me a logical explanation of how it can tear within a month and how it can be a user error, but I will pursue all legal avenues to have my grievance addressed.
