Samsung UE58TU7000 TV Panel Failure

I purchased my Samsung UE58TU7000 TV 4.5 years ago. Within just 4.5 years, it developed a serious panel failure and display problem; now the TV is completely unusable and won't turn on at all. I've been suffering from this since August 30, 2025. When I contacted Samsung customer service, they clearly stated that the failure was not caused by user error. Despite this, they charged me an exorbitant fee of ₺21,000 for a panel replacement. The product is not under warranty, and there is no extended warranty. However, it is completely unacceptable for such a major malfunction to occur in such a short time and without any user error. The TV should have a much longer lifespan, and it's unbecoming of a brand like Samsung to subject me to such a disadvantage. As a result of these events, I have completely lost all confidence in the brand's quality, and I will never choose Samsung again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I demand that Samsung cover the cost of the panel replacement, free of charge. Otherwise, I declare that I will exercise all my legal rights.
