Samsung UE55TU8500U TV Panel Failure, Warranty Denied

I'm using a Samsung UE55TU8500U TV, but it has a problem: the screen randomly turns on and off. As a result, I contacted Samsung, and they dispatched a team. The team that arrived, however, stated that the TV had a problem with the panel and that the warranty had expired, offering to replace the panel for 8500 ₺. I bought this TV for the same price 2.5 years ago. Furthermore, the panel malfunction is not the result of my negligence; it is a product defect. I am extremely upset and enraged by the situation in which they demand 8500 ₺ from the end-user for a panel replacement. Due to Samsung's error and the resolution of my concern, I demand a free panel replacement. Many users have reported the same problem, indicating that defective products are being sold. If my problem is not resolved, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court. It is not acceptable to sell a new TV and then demand payment for a part worth the price of the device after two years.
