Samsung 50-Inch Smart TV Panel Failure After Only 3.5 Years, No Free Repair

 Samsung's customer service for my 50-inch Smart TV was a total letdown, I mean these products are commonly picked for being durable and quality. After just 3 and a half years, my TV's panel stopped working and they told me it wasn't covered by the warranty anymore. Bummer, right? So get this, Samsung wanted me to pay 7,850 TL to fix it, which is totally ridiculous considering how little time has passed since I bought it. So, I asked for a new TV but the company only gave me a small discount instead. Another bummer. This problem still isn't fixed, and I'm gonna keep griping until I get a brand new one that's exactly the same and hasn't been used. Samsung can't just ignore my request like that, it's not cool. Y'all should know that their customer service is seriously lacking.
