Pixel Loss Issue with Samsung 55Q60RAT 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV
the Samsung 55Q60RAT 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV that I bought in September 2019 from Samsung in South Korea as you can see in the attached picture, the screen has been losing pixels, which makes it useless. When I called Samsung's customer service, they told me that the panel needs to be replaced, which will cost 13,950 ₺. I'm sorry, but I can't afford such a big expense, and I don't trust Samsung's quality since the TV is only four years old. I first decided to buy a Samsung QLED TV, I had no idea that such a high-end product would have such major problems in such a short time, let alone cost so much to fix. Because of this, I no longer trust the Samsung brand, which has changed how I like my TV and phone. I'd like Samsung Turkey to help me out by replacing the panel on my TV for free.

No matter what I say, even the worst Chinese company would provide better service. They took the TV to the service center, and when it came back, the back cover of the TV was broken and glued. When I asked the personnel who delivered it, they said they didn't know. When I called the authorized service center, the staff there said that the back cover was very fragile and broke while they were disassembling the TV, and they glued it. They said they would replace it if a spare cover arrived. If I hadn't noticed and asked, none of them would have told me. Shame on your service understanding. The authorized service employees who brought the TV to my home couldn't get it to work, so they took it back to the service center. Such amateurish behavior is unacceptable and doesn't suit you. I am not paying for the TV you broke in any way; I want my original 55-inch TV back. Do whatever you want with the broken TV!
