Refund For Unauthorized Charges of FamRadar

I noticed two unauthorized charges on my Google Play account related to the Famradar phone tracker app. On May 1st, I was charged $1.99, and today another $49.99 was taken, even though I do not remember knowingly agreeing to a paid subscription or authorizing these payments. I would like both of these Famradar charges, $1.99 and $49.99, to be fully refunded. In addition, I request that any Famradar subscription linked to my account be immediately canceled and that any future charges from this app or related subscriptions be blocked so this does not happen again.
