Pierre Cardin Wool Coat Started Pilling Within Two Months of Use

I bought a black wool Pierre Cardin coat with a scarf detail from the Canpark AVM store. Although I used it for a very short period, the coat started to pill and become fuzzy within a maximum of 2 months, which I do not find acceptable for a product of this brand and price level. Due to this problem, I sent the product for inspection through the store, but I received a rejection response and my complaint was not accepted. I am not satisfied with this decision because the problem clearly arose in a very short time and indicates a quality issue. I request that the defective coat be replaced with a new one or that the fee I paid be refunded. Alternatively, I am also open to receiving a voucher/credit so that I can choose another product of my preference. I kindly ask you to review my complaint again and provide a fair solution as soon as possible.
