I bought a Roborock S5 Max robot vacuum cleaner, but just before the warranty was up, it started to break down a lot. Even though I sent the product in twice for warranty service, it was sent back to me without the problem being fixed. The vacuum cleaner is no longer working. I asked Trendyol for help, and they told me to ask for another service that was guaranteed. But Alfa Store, the company I bought it from, says there is nothing wrong with the product. I've paid for shipping for warranty services in the past, but they didn't fix the vacuum cleaner. How can this be a good level of service? It's crazy that a company would lie to customers who trust and believe in their product. This dishonest behavior doesn't fit with the image of a good company. I won't let anyone take advantage of me anymore. I'll go to court and file a complaint with the Consumer Court.
