My Desigual Handbag Strap Broke After Two Weeks and Boyner Refused a Solution
On May 4, 2025, I purchased a Desigual brand handbag from Boyner Hilltown. After using the bag for only about two weeks, the strap suddenly broke while I was walking on July 8. In August, I returned the product to a Boyner store for inspection (Receipt No: st-866302). However, my bag was sent for inspection three separate times, and each time the request was rejected. Throughout this entire process, no solution was offered, and I was only informed that the inspection had been denied.
I believe this bag is under warranty, and I find it unacceptable for such a defect to occur after such a short period of normal use. I am requesting either a replacement or a full refund. I expect a brand and retailer of this reputation to stand behind their products and resolve this issue properly.
