Fake Desigual Websites Scammed Me Out of $110
The websites www.desigualturkiye.com.tr
and www.desigualturkey.com
have no connection whatsoever with the Desigual brand. These two websites are operating purely for deceptive and fraudulent purposes.
On January 20, 2025, I placed an order worth approximately $110. After some time passed and I received no notifications at all, I became suspicious and researched the website on Xolvie, where I found many other people reporting similar problems caused by this deceptive site.
Here is how I became certain that this website is fraudulent:
As of today (April 17, 2025), no product has been delivered to me.
I never received an order confirmation email.
The website has no contact information, no return address, and no “return” or “refund” option.
Unlike the official Desigual website, there is no “About Us” section, and no information about the company, its founding date, or legal identity.
When you click the five social media icons at the bottom right of the site, they do not link to Desigual’s official social media accounts. Instead, a small pop-up opens that allows you to share the fraudulent site’s content from your own account.
The website contains numerous translation errors, spelling mistakes, and poorly written text.
The brand logo appears pixelated and low-resolution, clearly copied incorrectly.
And most importantly, they do not send the product you paid for.
If you paid with a credit card, your bank will usually refund the amount within 90 days once you report that the product was never delivered. However, if you paid with a debit card, the refund depends entirely on your bank’s discretion. Still, I strongly recommend reporting the site and disputing the transaction with your bank—you may still receive help.
I paid using my Enpara.com debit card, and thankfully Enpara refunded my payment. I would like to sincerely thank all Enpara.com employees who helped resolve this issue.
