My Desigual Bag Strap Fell Apart and Boyner Blamed User Error

The product was purchased as a gift for me from a Boyner store. From the very first day I started using the Desigual brand handbag, the strap began to come apart. I only carried a wallet and a phone inside the bag, yet the strap still started to unravel. I honestly do not understand how a strap can fail under such light, normal use.
We submitted the product for inspection, but the response we received was “user error” and rejection. Is it really possible that a brand as large as Desigual cannot properly stitch a bag strap? The product was returned to us without any solution. Unfortunately, we keep experiencing the same kind of problems with Boyner.
If you are not going to stand behind the products you sell, then you should not be selling those products at all. Selling items and then refusing responsibility when a clear defect appears is unacceptable.
