Roborock S5 Max Battery Replacement Denied Despite Extended Warranty
I purchased the Roborock S5 Max robot vacuum. During the sale, I was clearly assured that if I purchased the extended warranty, the battery replacement would be free of charge and covered under the warranty. However, for about two months now, whenever I contact the store or customer service regarding my battery replacement request, I am told that battery replacement is no longer covered by the warranty and that this service is no longer provided. I was also informed that the replacement had been done before but that the insurance company has now arbitrarily stopped offering this service. Despite having both the receipt and the extended warranty document, I am facing difficulties because the store staff are not standing by their promises made at the time of sale. In my conversations with customer service, I was only told that I could exercise my legal rights. I urge the Roborock brand to oversee the companies that sell its products and stand behind them. I request that Roborock ensure its sales partners fulfill their commitments and that my battery replacement be carried out free of charge as promised.
Why aren't you publishing it?
Hello, First of all, thank you for your interest in Roborock products. The Roborock S5, S6, and S7 models are products on the market that are covered by an importer’s warranty. However, importer‑warranty products are items imported by companies other than Recci Technology, and the warranty and service for these products are handled solely by the seller or supplier who imported the product. Therefore, if you need any service or support for an importer‑warranty product, you must contact directly the seller from whom you purchased the product. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, and we wish you a good day. Sincerely, RECCI TECHNOLOGY Inc.
