My Desigual Bag Deformed Despite Minimal Use and No Response Was Given

In August 2023, I purchased a Desigual brand handbag at the Kapıkule border gate duty-free shop. Even though I did not use the bag frequently, noticeable deformation occurred over time. After filing a complaint through the Kapıkule customs office, the issue was reported to the company, but I never received any response from the brand.
I am requesting that my grievance be properly addressed and that a solution be provided for the defect in this product, which I believe should not have occurred under normal, limited use.
