I purchased a Roborock H7 cordless vacuum through Trendyol on December 22, 2022. What followed has been nothing short of a nightmare. Just a few months after purchase, the vacuum began displaying a service warning, which I reported to Esta Bilgi Teknolojileri, the authorized service provider.

Since March 30, 2023, the vacuum has been sent in for repairs four separate times. Every time I was told it was fixed, only for it to break again shortly after. On one occasion, it was even returned to me with the trigger housing visibly cracked, as shown in the attached images. Despite my clear request for a product replacement, they repeatedly repaired it and sent it back.

On the fourth return, I specifically said I did not want another repair — only a replacement. Instead, they replaced the motor and returned it. But even after the motor replacement, the vacuum malfunctioned within five minutes, giving a service error and failing to spin any of the attached heads.

I have also paid out-of-pocket multiple times for shipping costs, which only adds to the frustration. The service center keeps blaming “dirty filters” despite me having a brand new filter installed, which they would’ve seen if they had actually examined the device.
