I purchased a Roborock Q7 Max in July 2024, paying a premium for what I expected to be a high-quality product. Just three days after purchasing, I set it to clean while I was out, only to return home and find all its parts scattered everywhere. I promptly sent it back for a refund through Trendyol, considering it was only five days old and in pristine, unused condition.
After waiting 15-20 days, my return was denied, and the product was sent back to me. Upon receiving it, I was shocked by the state of the package—the box was torn, worn out, and covered in tape. When I opened it, the contents were equally disappointing. It looked as if the product had been used for 20 days; the label under the dustbin was half-torn, the filter was far from its original white state, and the side brushes were visibly worn. Even the water tank had traces of water in it.
I sent back a brand-new product, but what I received in return is essentially a second-hand item. No one seems to be taking responsibility for this situation. I demand a refund; I cannot accept that the considerable amount of money I spent has gone to waste. Please address this matter urgently and provide a resolution.
