Roborock Ignored Error 04 on My H7 Vacuum Under Warranty

I purchased a Roborock H7 upright vacuum cleaner through Trendyol. The dustbin cover broke, and no spare part could be provided. Later, while using the device, it displayed error code 04 and completely stopped working. The product has been sitting unused at home for 6 months. I contacted Roborock Turkey and Trendyol customer service multiple times. Although the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, the extended warranty I purchased from Trendyol is still valid. However, Trendyol directed the responsibility to Roborock, while Roborock directed it to the seller, and no solution was offered. I even requested a paid repair, but I was told that spare parts were unavailable, and I received no assistance at all. I live in Nilüfer, Bursa, and I want my device repaired. I also demand that my grievance be resolved, as the after-sales service has been inadequate and the extended warranty has proven to be useless.
