My Roborock Saro S10 Is Broken Again. Water Filter & Charging Issues

I am absolutely furious with my Roborock Saro S10 vacuum! I bought this supposed high-end robot, and within two or three days, the water filter already started throwing an error. They immediately sent the brand-new, barely used product to service. I bought it from Teknosa, and it went to service through them.

After 15 agonizing days, the robot finally returned, with a note saying the "filter wasn't seated correctly." I brought it home, set it up, and now it's giving me a new problem: it keeps saying "clean the charging station area" and refuses to charge the vacuum!

Why on earth would a brand-new, unused product need to go to service in the first place? And why is it still broken after "repair"? This is completely unacceptable for a premium device. Roborock, you need to replace this defective unit immediately! I shouldn't have to deal with endless errors and useless service for a vacuum I just purchased. Fix this broken charging problem or send me a working replacement now!
