My Roborock Qrevo S Keeps Failing With Sensor Errors After Two Repairs in 4 Months

I bought the Roborock Qrevo S from the Teknosa Espark branch less than four months ago, and I’ve already had to send it to service twice. After the first issue, I brought it to the store and they forwarded it to the service center—which took an unusually long time to complete the repair. I was told the problem was software-related.

However, just two days after getting it back, the vacuum started giving the exact same error again: it acts like there’s an obstacle in front of it and throws a sensor fault. I haven’t even had the chance to use it properly, and now I’ll have to send it back for another repair.

It’s absolutely unacceptable that a ₺-level product like this would need service multiple times in such a short period. I’ve added a photo with the service details as proof.

At this point, I no longer want to use the Roborock brand. I’m tired of wasting time and energy on a clearly defective product. I demand a full refund. I paid a lot for this vacuum and ended up dealing with one problem after another.
