Roborock Q7 Max Vacuum Warranty Failure
I bought a Roborock Q7 Max robot vacuum from Teknosa eight months ago. It was great at first, but then it stopped working properly. I returned it to Teknosa, and I have to give credit to the staff for being attentive. They sent the vacuum to get fixed, but when it came back, it was even more messed up. The vacuum wasn't working at all, and sometimes it would mess up the mapping. When I got the vacuum for the first time, they said there were no problems, but they couldn't finish the mapping. The vacuum was all messed up and covered in dirt. It was completely clean when I sent it. We were even unsure if it was the same vacuum cleaner. The service was really bad, so I returned it again. It's been a month and I don't have a vacuum because the service messed up. I want a new vacuum because the service was really bad.
