Roborock S8 Robot Vacuum Cannot Join Wireless Network

I purchased the Roborock S8 model from Teknosa. During the installation process, we consistently encountered an error indicating that the device couldn't connect to the network. Despite configuring all the settings related to our Wi-Fi and internet, the device still failed to establish a connection. We brought it back to the store, where they suggested it might be a software issue and sent it to the service center. The service center, however, found no problems and returned the device with the software intact. Although the process was expected to take 21 business days, it ended up lasting over a month for the customer. They claim there's no issue with the product, yet they refuse to accept the return. Consequently, I am unable to use the robot vacuum cleaner, stuck with a faulty product that can't be returned, and my money is effectively confiscated. Roborock has become a choice I deeply regret, and I will not consider it again, neither for myself nor for my relatives.
